The Solution

Unisys developed a CRM solution to consolidate records and perform trend analysis, and created a private cloud-based environment for fast provisioning of virtual resources for membership management, event planning, short-term volunteer recruiting and other essential functions, including setting up an online store for event-related merchandise.

Results and Benefits

  • Improved membership management by consolidating the membership database by one-third (from ~60,000 records to ~40,000)
  • Gained real-time communication among the HQ, 12+ committees, and 119 Veteran and Active Duty chapters
  • Simplified solicitation and coordination of commercial sponsorships and business/employment opportunities for members
  • Achieved positive case flow and lowered administrative costs, making more funds available for priority projects
