Unisys developed a CRM solution to consolidate records and perform trend analysis, and created a private cloud-based environment for fast provisioning of virtual resources for membership management, event planning, short-term volunteer recruiting and other essential functions, including setting up an online store for event-related merchandise.

- Improved membership management by consolidating the membership database by one-third (from ~60,000 records to ~40,000)
