Mickey Davis is the Vice President of Managed Workplace Services at Unisys were he drives the strategic direction, enhancing service offerings and delivering market-leading services for Service Desk, Field Services and End Point Services.
Prior to Unisys, Mickey was responsible for North America Delivery Professional Services Organization (PS) at Xerox. As the provider of Professional Services, his team helped clients solve their business problems. They designed, deployed and supported profitable Document Outsourcing solutions and services. Professional Services consist of Solution Design, New Offering Development, Transition, Deployment, Support and Development teams supporting our partners in Sales and Delivery.
Prior to Xerox, Mickey was responsible for the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Customer Service Center for Infrastructure at Dell Inc, which was structurally aligned with the global HCLS organization to ensure customer accountability and operational stability.
Mickey also served as the Executive Director for the Infrastructure Service Delivery Assurance team in Dell Services. In this role, he has primary responsibility for driving improved service delivery through the creation of repeatable services standards, deep dive account audits and analysis of inputs from multiple sources to ensure compliance to quality and core metrics are upheld.
Mickey held account roles at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and Saint Joseph Health System for the Northern California region responsible for all day-to-day infrastructure operations.
