Are ClearPath Dorado systems safe from hacker attacks? Symantec thinks so. In this short video, Symantec lead penetration tester Erik Kamerling talks about his attempts to compromise ClearPath Dorado systems, both CMOS-based and Intel-based systems, using the most advanced techniques known to the Symantec penetration test team. Using black-box penetration test techniques from inside the firewall, Erik came at the two systems over the network the way an external unauthenticated hacker would, using both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols. His evaluation concluded that your enterprise data is well protected in Unisys ClearPath Dorado environments, and that the default defensive posture of OS 2200 is a worthy goal for all vendors of enterprise level systems.
