What We Offer
Unisys' Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) solution is an ITIL v.3-based remote infrastructure monitoring, management service designed to help you solve service problems before they occur and resolve with remote management capabilities across IT assets and towers. ESM converges and unifies event monitoring based on business priorities and co-ordinates service response across an organization's IT estate, towers, third-party service providers and internal IT teams.
Our ESM suite leverages a worldwide network of cost-effective delivery centers and a global service management platform to deliver consistent ITIL/ISO20000-certified results, anywhere you conduct business. Supported components include printers, mainframes, servers, storage, network (WAN/LAN), security appliances, traditional IT infrastructure, desktops and applications.
The ESM suite consists of three service levels underpinned by the Unisys Service Delivery Framework:
- Monitoring and Analytics (Detect it): Provides proactive remote monitoring and notification, including threshold monitoring, event aggregation and co-relation, impact analysis, severity level setting, data collection and ticketing distribution.
- Availability and Restoration (Detect and fix it): Includes all the features and functionality of the monitoring service, in addition to providing availability and incident reporting, access to a self-help portal, as well as complete end-to-end management that includes incident registration, analysis, resolution, closure and review.
- Service Management Lifecycle (Detect, fix and manage): Comprises all the features and functionality of the availability service, in addition to Predictive Problem Management, Service Impact Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Reporting via dashboards and analytics, Service Level Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) resulting in improved management of service assets (software, hardware, physical and virtual assets).
