in the “Leaders” quadrant in the Gartner, Inc. 2013 Magic Quadrant for
End-User Outsourcing Services, North America.
This report is the first Magic Quadrant on North American end-user outsourcing services that
Gartner has published. The report consolidates the Magic Quadrants for Help Desk Outsourcing
Services and Desktop Outsourcing Services that Gartner published in prior years.
