​Unisys Honored by The Women's Forum of New York for Leadership in Achieving Diversity in the Boardroom

​Unisys among select group recognized at 2015 Breakfast of Corporate Champions event for having at least 40 percent of board seats held by women

BLUE BELL, Pa., November 19, 2015 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) is being honored today by The Women's Forum of New York for its leadership in achieving gender balance on the corporate board.

The biennial Breakfast of Corporate Champions event, held today in New York City, will recognize more than 350 forward-thinking companies for having at least 20 percent female representation in the boardroom. Unisys is one of a select group of 21 companies being presented with a special award for having at least 40 percent of board seats held by women.

"Our goal is gender parity in the boardroom by 2025," said Janice Ellig, Co-CEO of Chadick Ellig and Chair of the event. "So we are giving special recognition to Unisys as one of the true leaders in making this a reality. We need more visionaries like Unisys and the other companies being recognized today."

The Unisys board of directors includes three accomplished and highly successful women in business:

• Alison Davis, a former managing partner at Belvedere Capital Partners, Inc. and currently a director for the corporate boards of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc., Diamond Foods, Inc., Fiserv Corporation and several private companies;
• Denise K. Fletcher, a former executive vice president of Vulcan Inc. and MasterCard International, and currently a director for Inovalon, Inc. and a member of the Supervisory Board of Mazars Group; and
• Leslie F. Kenne, a retired Lieutenant General of the United States Air Force and currently a director of Harris Corporation and Oshkosh Corporation and an independent consultant for various defense companies and agencies.

The awards presentation will be followed by a CEO panel discussion on how to identify qualified women and how they can make an impact on a corporate board. This year's event has been expanded to include a follow-up symposium co-hosted by the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board.

The biennial Breakfast of Corporate Champions event launched in 2011. This year's event will bring together more than 500 CEOs, directors and executives to discuss issues ranging from how nominating and governance committees can and should accelerate change, why the investment community thinks gender balance matters, and how the U.S. compares to other regions in putting the talent of women to work on boards for a global competitive advantage.
