Unisys receives top score for client feedback on general satisfaction and highest overall client reference scores of any supplier evaluated
BLUE BELL, Pa., April 16, 2013 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that it has been named a “Strong Performer” in Forrester Research, Inc.’s March 2013 report, The Forrester WaveTM: Global Workplace Services, Q1 2013. Unisys was one of eight IT services companies that Forrester invited to participate in the report. Unisys received the highest overall client reference scores of any supplier evaluated and a top score for client feedback on general satisfaction.
The Forrester Wave Report evaluated providers of global workplace services, a new category that encompasses traditional end user support for desktop and desk-side services coupled with support for mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. Unisys and the other providers were evaluated against 36 key criteria for the strength of current offering, strategy and market presence.
In categorizing Unisys as a Strong Performer, Forrester noted: “Workplace service is among the biggest priorities for Unisys’ services business. Unisys’ strong current offering was supported by the highest overall customer reference score of any supplier evaluated in our analysis.” Unisys was the only provider to receive a perfect score of 5.00 in all four customer satisfaction categories.

The rating adds to Unisys’ growing recognition in the market for end user outsourcing and support services. In August Unisys announced that it had been positioned in the “Leaders” quadrant in the Gartner, Inc. 2012 Magic Quadrant report on Help Desk Outsourcing Services in North America, and in September Unisys announced it had been positioned in the “Challengers” quadrant of the Gartner, Inc. 2012 Desktop Outsourcing and Help Desk Outsourcing Magic Quadrant reports for Europe.
