Kerry Bass is a Senior Industry Leader in the Global Social Services group of Unisys Enterprise Solutions Global Public Sector. In this role he advises clients and our sales and implementation leadership on Social and Human Services supporting technology and our solutions in this market. His responsibilities also include management of some of Unisys’ HHS technology solutions.
Kerry’s professional expertise and focus is on guiding government and not for profit enterprise level transformation with an emphasis on leveraging information technology. Prior to joining Unisys, he was a Director of Project Management with First Data Government Solutions, where he was responsible for leading and supporting HHS projects, as well as leading Independent Validation and Verification in several states. Kerry’s extensive leadership experience also includes serving as CEO and Executive Director of TechCorps Georgia, (a non-profit working with K12 education and industry to close the Digital Divide in Georgia); the Deputy Director of the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services and Director of the Office of Change Management; Division Director with the Georgia Technology Authority (responsible for executive branch agency IT strategic planning, the state Project Management Office and account management for Shared services) and Global leader and North American Manager of Service Quality, Customer Loyalty and Skills vitality for the Information Technology Services Division of IBM Global Services.
Kerry earned an MBA from Emory University Goizueta School of Business and has certifications in Management of Quality and Operational Excellence and as a Project Management Professional.
