- Cost: Significantly reduced the cost of manual and paper-based processes. Over 600,000 paper documents are scanned and filed into CLP’s SISTA-InfoImage solutions directly from capture operations.
- Security: TIFF and PDF file formats are accepted and used so that document cannot be changed or altered. In addition, CLP has not reported any misfiling or lost documents since they became “ECM-enabled”.
