Atmosphere

An informal atmosphere is maintained throughout the seminar to encourage relaxed and informal discussion.  Dress is business casual.  Jacket and tie are required for gala dinner, which will take place on Tuesday, October  25.

Cost

Delegates are asked to pay only for their travel.  The conference and all accommodation at the Unisys International Management Center are provided, at no cost to delegates, by courtesy of Unisys.

Travel

The Conference will begin with a luncheon at noon on October 24,  and conclude with a luncheon on Wednesday, October 26. 

Delegates should make their own arrangements — details of airline reservations to Nice should be indicated in the registration.  You can register before you make airline reservations, but please remember to update your registration at a later time with your flight information.  All delegates will be met at the Nice Airport and taken to the Unisys International Management Center, a 20-minute drive.

For those traveling overseas, if you arrive on Sunday, October 23, Unisys will provide hotel accommodations in either St. Paul de Vence or Nice.  If you stay in St. Paul de Vence, you will be met at the Nice Airport and driven to your hotel.  If you stay in Nice, take a local taxi to your selected hotel and on Monday morning, Unisys will pick you up at the hotel and bring you to the International Management Center. 

If you wish to arrive the weekend before, or stay after the conference has ended, please indicate so in your registration.  Unisys has arrangements with many four star hotels in the Nice area and we are happy to make these hotel reservations for you.

A fully equipped guest office is available for guests. All our bedrooms are equipped with a PC, fast Internet access, and MS Office tools.
