Brian K. OttGlobal Banking Executive and CTOGlobal Financial Services BiographyBrian Ott is Global Banking Executive and Chief Technology Officer for Unisys Global Financial Services organization. He is responsible for leading Unisys Global Banking team and working with Unisys retail banking clients worldwide to deliver strategy and assessment engagements focused on process redesign and architectural transformation.
Additionally, Brian provides thought leadership for new programs and strategies and oversees management operations for Unisys retail banking solutions. He is also responsible for leading the implementation of the 3D Blueprinting program globally. His areas of expertise are business development, practice management, project management, architecture development, and technology implementation management. Experience includes consulting and solution implementations with an emphasis on multi-channel customer strategies, sales, service, marketing, process improvement, IT transformation, Open Architecture, and business case development.
Accomplishments:
For the past five years, Brian has been providing leadership in the transformation of Unisys financial services solutions and applications from traditional architectures and approaches to new service-oriented business blueprint-based architectures and techniques. Before joining Unisys, Brian was responsible for leading KPMG’s financial services CRM practice for the US region and prior to that, had led in the establishment of the CRM practice within IBM Global Services.
Mr. Ott has been a featured speaker at many industry events such as the annual Gartner conference and IT expos, Customer Service Strategy Forum annual conference, and specific industry conferences for Financial Services and IT Architecture. Subject matter includes process redesign strategies, effective operations, technology architecture improvements, and developing roadmaps for successful implementation.
