Unisys Gets Top Marks for Customer Service in the Telecommunications Messaging MarketFrost & Sullivan presents Unisys with "2004 Customer Service Award" in enhanced carrier messaging platform category
BLUE BELL, Pa., January 27, 2005 – Frost & Sullivan, a global growth consulting company, has awarded Unisys Corporation with its "2004 Customer Service Award." The award is part of the firm's ongoing market analysis and was released in Frost & Sullivan's recent report, "Enhanced Carrier Messaging Platforms Market." The award recognizes outstanding industry achievements and top companies in regional and global markets. Recipients are chosen by teams of industry experts.
