Relationship with Unisys

Unisys and SBI signed a Master Marketing and Reseller Agreement in March 2005 for the PROMOS solution.  As a reseller, Unisys will sell and support PROMOS throughout Europe including the UK.  Unisys employees undergo a rigorous SBI certification program.

Solution

PROMOS is a platform independent, actuarial product modeling workbench and calculations engine which allows users, rather than IT, to build insurance products and associated calculations.  PROMOS represents a component of the Unisys insurance value chain portfolio and can interact with its J2EE Life and Non-Life product management solutions, as well as a single-engine front to existing legacy systems.  PROMOS can function as a stand-alone solution, or as part of a broader offering.
