Relationship with Unisys
Unisys integrates the Nuance speech recognition and Text to Speech (TTS) technologies into solutions designed to enhance the end-user experience. Designed for our telecommunications customers, the Unisys speech-enabled platform is capable of supporting thousands of lines simultaneously. These servers are installed in over 100 accounts and currently support multiple clients with in excess of 10 million subscribers in multiple languages. Speech solutions include Voice Controlled Messaging, Email Reading, Automated Directory Assistance, Voice controlled IVR and Multimedia Messaging Services (MMS). The solutions help to maximize a carrier's average revenue per user (ARPU) through subscriptions, transactions and increased voice usage.
