Unisys and BMC have formed a strategic alliance that allows Unisys to deliver best practices and consistent Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) processes across a single technology platform. The alliance improves Unisys offerings by using Business Service Management (BSM) technology from BMC to automate its ITO processes globally using a single hardware platform.
