Relationship with Unisys

Unisys and Attachmate have several agreements in place that enable Unisys to resell all of the Attachmate products and services worldwide. The Strategic Business Alliance signed in 1992 is a joint marketing agreement that allows each company to sell and support INFOConnect products, as well as participate in related joint engineering and development activities. A Master Remarketing Agreement allows Unisys to resell all of the Attachmate IBM connectivity products and services.
