Biography
As vice president and managing partner for GOIS Global Operations, Debbie Guerra is responsible for implementing, maintaining and controlling consistent global processes for outsourcing and infrastructure services spanning commercial, service delivery, account management and customer satisfaction areas. Debbie also leads the global profitability and productivity programs for outsourcing and infrastructure services that are underpinned by Unisys' Six Sigma Lean practice.
Prior to her current assignment, Debbie served as vice president and managing partner lead GOIS Latin America for two years, responsible for sales and integrated delivery of the full Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services (GOIS) portfolio in this region. Before her Latin America assignment Debbie served as GOIS Country Manager for Brazil for two years, responsible for all GOIS sales, service delivery, account management, customer satisfaction and overall profitability in that country.
Previously, Debbie was a principal in the GOIS Federal Systems group, located in Virginia. Prior to joining Unisys in 2002, she was vice president of marketing at Knowledge Planet, Inc. and Inacom, and a manager at Price Waterhouse LLP.
