Unisys Names Brian Maloney to Lead New Global Industries Organization
BLUE BELL, Pa, May 9, 2006 – Unisys Corp. (NYSE:UIS) today named Brian Maloney president of Unisys Global Industries, a new organization that will combine the company’s global financial services, commercial and public sector businesses (excluding the U.S. Federal Group) into one group. Maloney will report directly to Unisys CEO Joe McGrath.

As former chief operating officer of Perot Systems, Maloney led the company to nearly 100 percent growth within three years and implemented a more cost-effective service delivery model by driving an offshore strategy. He also rebuilt Perot Systems' sales organization with new leadership by driving a program of focus and accountability.
Prior to joining Perot Systems, Maloney was president and chief executive officer of AT&T Solutions. As a member of the group's original start-up team, Maloney had a hand in every element of the business, including creating a vision for providing networked outsourcing and professional services to enterprise clients, implementing the plan and growing a global business that exceeded $5 billion in revenue.
