Does Unisys have any preferred stock?
Unisys no longer has any preferred stock outstanding. On August 2, 1999, the company completed the redemption of its Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred stock. Two previous series of cumulative convertible preferred stock, the Series B and Series C, were held by Mitsui & Co. Ltd. and were redeemed in the first half of 1997. The Series A preferred stock had paid an annual cumulative dividend of $3.75.
