Ethics Program

The Unisys Corporate Ethics Program, which has been in place since 1987, is designed to promote employee awareness of our commitment to conduct business in compliance with the highest ethical standards, adhering to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and pertinent laws and regulations.

All Unisys employees worldwide are required to participate in the annual ethics awareness training program so that they understand the importance Unisys places on doing business ethically and the resources that are available to them. The annual three-step program includes participating in an ethics training program, reviewing the Unisys Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and completing the Ethics Training & Compliance Certification Form.

Nancy Sundheim, Unisys general counsel and chairman of the Unisys Ethics Committee, directs the program. In this role, she is responsible for managing the Corporate Ethics Office in order that Unisys complies with applicable laws and regulations related to ethical business practices around the world.

Unisys Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

The Unisys Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is provided to assist employees in understanding what is expected of them as they carry out their responsibilities at Unisys.
